Casting Processing

In Ningbo Jinggang sand casting workshop,we have a variety of different casting processing such as automatic line sand casting, shell mould sand casting, resin sand casting , we can choose the appropriate casting process according to the size and material requirements of the product to meet customer requirement. The weight of the products can be from 0.5Kg to 10000Kg; The materials can be gray cast iron, ductile iron, ADI, carbon steel, alloy steel, wear-resistant steel and so on.

In order to ensure stable product quality, the preliminary process design must be verified and confirmed by casting simulation software; confirmed by various sampling and analysis in the process; and after casting, it is verified by various non-destructive tests the size is verified by 3D scanning and mapping.

Important step and testing

01 In coming raw material control

For all raw and auxiliary materials, our suppliers provide certificates of conformity and inspection reports, then wetest again and verified in our lab. And each batch of material is stored separately and has a clear identification plate.

02 Casting process control

All designed casting processes must be validated by a pouring simulation system before casting. For each product process that has been verified, the standard requirements for each process such as "core making process card", "molding process card", "melting pouring process card" and "heat treatment process card" are formulated.

03 measuring

The technical quality requirements and process parameters specified on the drawings must be verified one by one.

04 reports

All mechanical property reports, dimensional reports, UT reports, MT reports and other reports required by the customer are issued for the final casting.
