A US water treatment manufacturer needed a ductile iron valve body for 500,000 open-close cycles at 16 bar. Two previous suppliers failed on porosity. We used ProCAST simulation to redesign the gating system, reduced porosity below 1%, and delivered 2,000 units with zero field failures in 18 months.

Sample charge: Samples are offered for a fee – covering material, machining time, and inspection. The exact cost depends on part complexity and quantity (typically 1–5 pcs for sample orders).
Sample lead time: 15–20 working days.
Sample refund policy: For confirmed production orders, we deduct the sample cost from the final invoice.
