Before we carry out CNC machining, we need designers to use CAD software to design the product according to the requirements and functions of the product, and then determine the tools and some cutting parameters required for CNC machining according to the shape and processing requirements of the product, and do the preliminary preparations.
Before CNC machining, we also need to program the machine tool's motion instructions and cutting parameters, convert our previous text files into machining code programs, and when writing the machining program, we must also comprehensively consider the cutting performance of the material, the rationality of the process, etc.
Before CNC machining, we need to clamp the workpiece on the machine tool. In this process, we need to consider the shape, size and processing requirements of the workpiece, and need to select the explained tool type. Do not install it incorrectly during installation. The clamping of the entire machine tool and the clamping of the tool are very important. If there is an error, it will have a serious impact on our later processing, so we must carefully install and check when clamping.
After a series of preliminary preparations, we can start CNC processing. The operator inputs the written processing program into the machine tool controller, and then controls the machine tool to cut according to the program through the controller. During the operation, the operator also needs to pay attention to the processing of the machine to avoid accidents.
After we perform CNC processing on the workpiece, we need to inspect the size, shape and surface of the workpiece to check whether the workpiece meets the requirements, and then perform corrections and polishing to improve the quality of the workpiece.
